As a designer with over 10+ years of experience, my overall ambitions are to utilize the knowledge gained from my profession and apply them in a fun way that will positively impact the world around me. My passion to create is limitless, and my love for art will never expire.

with fine art and videography.
FEATURED DESIGNS
From UI/UX concepts, to book jackets and clothing tags, my portfolio contains a unique collection of creative initiatives. A common theme in these featured designs is incorporating handmade or traditional elements into digital concepts.
Previous clients include 3 Daughters Brewing, Community Stepping Stones, and WIPA.
FINE ART
Still lives, abstraction, and dynamic compositions are frequent subjects present in many of my paintings and drawings. Experimentation with various types of media and concepts throughout my career have yielded to polished pieces and an understanding of the tools of the trade.
GRAPHIC ART & DESIGN
When the utilities of graphic design and the aesthetics of artwork are combined, the result is a compilation of purposeful & pleasing visuals that fall under the category of graphic art. These projects include digital collages, color edits, and large-format wall graphics. logos & signage. More practical uses in this collection also include fliers, magazines, and social media graphics.
VIDEO WORK
Whether it's in After Effects, or Premiere, my videos are crafted to entertain viewers with both exciting and humorous story-telling.
My personal and collaborative projects include stop-motion tales, music videos, and film title sequences.
ABOUT KARA
Kara Sniffen is a professional graphic designer and artist with keen eye for detail. Whether digitally, or in print, analog-esque elements and attractive typography are staples in any project of hers. Five years of architecture education have also yielded to a knowledgeable influence of layout design and sketch concepts in her creative style.
When not painting or editing on her macbook pro you can usually find her dabbling in fashion design, culinary arts, gardening, videography, content creation, reading novels, 3D printing, and puzzle solving. Additionally, Kara has also taken part in community volunteering, such as walking in parades, collaborative art activities with non-profits, and participating in community gardens.
